The KXO-77 is the latest addition to our VCXO portfolio and is designed to meet the increasing demands of high-frequency stability and low power consumption in modern electronic applications. Notably, it is the first oscillator on the market offering a 27 MHz output with a maximum current consumption of just 2 mA, setting a new standard for low-power oscillators.
Available in a compact size of 3.2 / 2.5 / 1.0 mm, the KXO-77 operates across a broad frequency range of 1 MHz to 170 MHz at a supply voltage of 3.3V, with alternative options for 1.8V and 2.5V, making it highly versatile for a range of applications. It also features a frequency stability of ±37 ppm across a wide temperature range of -40°C to +85°C, ensuring reliable performance in challenging environments. Additionally, the oscillator offers a pull-in voltage of up to ±140 ppm and a control voltage of 1.65 V±1.35 V, further enhancing its appeal for demanding applications where precision frequency control is critical.
